Custom vs catalogue

Catalogue casegoods get a property to opening day faster, and they look like the property next door. Ours start as a drawing. We work from your brand book and finish schedule, provide shop drawings and a prototype before anything goes into production, and build to the millimetre rather than the nearest stock equivalent. When a brand standard calls for a specific radius, hardware detail or wood species, that is what gets built — not an approximation of it.

Working with designers, operators & developers

Most of our hotel furniture work comes through interior designers, hotel operators and developers running a new build or a renovation. As one of a small number of hotel furniture suppliers with an artisan network of this size, we take on scope and timelines that smaller suppliers pass on. You approve shop drawings before we cut anything, see a prototype where the detail warrants one, and work with a single point of contact through production, delivery and installation. Your guest sees your brand standard, not our interpretation of it.

Is there a minimum order or project size?
No fixed minimum. We take on single-piece commissions and full-property FF&E packages alike — tell us the scope and we’ll assess it against our artisan network.

What are typical lead times for hotel furniture?
Lead times depend on materials, finish and quantity. Once we’ve reviewed your drawings and finish schedule, we confirm a production timeline against your opening or renovation date.

Do you work to brand standards like Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton or Auberge?
Yes. We’ve supplied hotel furniture within Four Seasons Cabo del Sol, Ritz-Carlton Reserve Zadún, Club 96 at Villas del Mar (Palmilla) and Auberge properties including Chileno Bay and The Well Spa, each built to that brand’s standard.

Do you deliver and install in the US?
Yes. Delivery and installation into the US run alongside our México-based projects and are coordinated by the same team managing your production.

Can you match our existing FF&E specs?
Yes — send your spec sheet, drawings or a sample of the existing piece, and we’ll match materials, finishes and dimensions through our workshop network.
